This guide explains the required steps and documents to successfully complete KYB verification on the Piku platform.
Step 1: Complete Individual KYC First
Before starting KYB, at least one authorized representative of the company must complete personal KYC.
Accepted KYC documents (one of the following):
Passport
National ID
Driverβs License
KYC verification must be approved before proceeding to KYB.
Step 2: Prepare Required KYB Documents
Once KYC is completed, you will be asked to provide company-level information and documents.
Required KYB information and documents:
Company Name
Company Registration Number
Country of Incorporation
Company Email Address
Memorandum of Association (or equivalent incorporation document)
Make sure all documents are clear, up to date, and match the provided company details.
Step 3: Submit KYB Application
After submitting the required information and documents:
Our compliance team will review your application
You may be contacted if additional clarification or documents are needed
Once approved, your account will be marked as KYB verified.
At the end of the process, you can leave and verify your email address so we can notify you once your verification is completed or if any further action is required.
Once your KYB is approved, your wallet address will be automatically whitelisted at the smart contract level, enabling access to mint and redeem functions on the Piku platform.
